Yay!! It's my last 30 something Birthday!! Time flies when your having fun, that's all I got to say about that! There is no party planned, no guest list to write, no cards to read... Just a nice relaxing Birthday as I took the day off of my day job just to do so.
This, it isn't work, but today I plan on posting a few pieces in my etsy shop... hopefully someone takes pity on me and buys something! That would be a wonderful Birthday Gift!
I wanna say it's hell getting old, but the truth is, no, it really isn't all that bad. Respectful people treat me with more respect, the people I love are more dear to me than ever, and honestly I don't FEEL 39... not in the least (although some days I feel like I am REALLY old, like 89!) I feel more like I thought I should have felt at like 19 or 29.... It's not so bad... but Imma keep telling everyone I am 23 because it's fun!
My Birthday Wish is full of wishes for my family and friends this year, I have everything I ever wanted, the love of my CHILDREN, The best GRANDBABIES, the most awesome HUSBAND and the greatest BFF EVER! The only thing I really want is for my family and friends to find their happiness and run like the wind with it into eternity!
With that, I wish you all a HAPPY DAY on my Birthday!!

Candied Cakes Shop Review!
Good Morning My fellow bloggers and blog readers!
I haven't posted much all week, been very busy with the day job and trying to get my *new* Chick's Passions Web sit up and running for the adult readers who love the romance stuff! The new shop will be including a blog on all the things I no longer chat about on here (for fear of violating something and having my blog shut down!) If your interested in checking out the temporary home you can do so by going http://chickspassions.webs.com/ I will be blogging there later today and hopefully switching out products either today or tomorrow. The temporary home only allows for me to post 5 products in my web store, so I am doing weekly switches and trying to do products reviews for each product. Just to let you know that you can order any of the products I review at ANY time, not just when they are up for sale, you'll just have to contact me with your order :-)

Candied Cakes is a shop I found on Etsy a few weeks ago, and I am totally in love with all of the things I could potentially be buying there! Custom lollipops?? Oh HECK YEAH! In the shape of fire trucks? EVEN BETTER! I plan on purchasing some for hubby for his birthday :-)
Candied Cakes has an array of awesomeness, from edible jewels to gift boxes! The colors are so vibrant, gorgeous work! There are lollipops with sparkles in them.. those excite the ADD in.. oooo sparkles... see it got me again! I love the idea of the mystery purchase... kinda like Christmas and a kid in a candy shop all rolled into one! Open the package at home with anticipation to be showered with CANDY!!

Lake Ontario Day Trip
Ohhhh the fun we had!! Strange things amiss... Getting pulled over while looking for a different beach access... the cop that just disappeared into thin air after letting us go with no ticket and a reminder to slow down... then ending up in what is becoming our favorite spot at the beach! (It can only happen to us Kel, only us!)
It was also Remington's first time at the beach... ever! I caught his initial reaction with my camera and it is priceless!
It really didn't take him long to figure out why we were there, and the little guy spent the day picking up rocks and shells, just like mommy and auntie, only he didn't find any keepers and kept throwing them all away. He even tried telling us that we didn't find any keepers and tried to throw ours away!
He soon got with the program and decided to spend his time picking up rocks and setting them down... he's such a quick learner!
The waves... oh they were awesome! I loved the break against the rocks on the corner and decided to risk my life to get the perfect shot... Of course I lived (much to the dismay of my haters) and was able to capture a couple of perfect waves.
Ahhh.. but the reason we were there... sea glass, rocks, pebbles, stones and shells... Another successful trip if you ask me! The Lake Ontario Collections will soon be full of new buzz!
Wifey, I love spending the day with you and Remi! I can't wait till we do it again. There is nothing like it in the world....

Saturday Morning Toast, Coffee and A Shop review!
Good Morning all my favorite peeps out there in blogger land! Yes, Saturday mornings are for Toast and Coffee and some quiet alone time to just sit and do nothing of importants. I've become an old lady, even though I am not old yet! I get up everyday at 6 am no matter what time I go to sleep. Sometimes this drives me insane, and I complain. In all honesty, I love it. It gives me time to catch up on things like searching for new sites to review, catching up on emails and just playing facebook apps without being interrupted by someone needing or wanting something.
On this fine Saturday, I am headed over to my friend Kelly's house (Gotta love BFF's! Even old ladies have them!) and hopefully the weather will cooperate so we can actually make it to the Lake! My etsy shop is just BEGGING for new items to be added, and well, they aren't going to be added if I don't start collecting things for The Lake Side Collection!
Saturday mornings are also a great time for REVIEWS!! Let me start off by saying, there are few things in life that come from Disney that give me great pleasure, but Tinker Bell is one of my absolute favorite Disney characters! She truly is the epitome of what the word *bitch* should stand for. (as long as we aren't talking about female dogs here!) Honest to goodness, her heart is in the right place, she wants Peter Pan to be happy, but she wants him to be happy with HER! Jealousy can do strange things to women, and I've been there!
Without further ado, today's review is about Applique. And specifically, Tinker Bell appliques!
We will start our little shopping spree with a facebook page. Cora has a cute little shop at facebook, where I first ran across her appliques through a friend. Tinkerbell being at the very top of my list of favorite things sincerely pulled me right in. Her shop there being named "Itty Bitty Boutique" (go take a look and like her page! Then come right back to me here to find out the rest of the story... come on I KNOW you want to!) She has a selection of fine baby and children style clothing as well as some other pretty unique items. But, Tinker Bell caught my eye and of course captured my heart... (yeah yeah yeah, she has other Disney Characters too.. ick... you should check them out!)
Next step, I chatted with Cora, just to find out what else she has... and ya know what? She also sells on EBAY (You'll have to figure out how to find her on Ebay, unfortunately for you I do not use ebay anymore! But she said her name there is cookiedoughcream) and ETSY!! (you know I love me some ETSY!)
Cora has been doing embroidery/sewing and applique for over 24 years now. She can make anything. She loves custom orders! She create business logos on T-shirts as well as making you that special outfit for that lil cutie!! Check out her shop on Facebook, she'd be happy to have you come around.
I'll chat with you all later though, time for me to get my bottom moving! I can't wait to go see my friend Kelly! If Lake Ontario is even half as fun as it was last time... This time, I promise not to forget my camera!
