Fitness and Romance



If I had to choose one thing, (although I can think of many!) that can have the largest impact on your Romance, I, without a single hesitation, would have to say it is your fitness level. I am going to be honest here, completely honest. If you are not fit, or on the road to fitness, your Romance is suffering.

I an not talking about losing weight here. Sexy come is all shapes and sizes. I am talking about taking care of your health and your body. (WARNING!! One of the side effects to practicing healthy diet and exercise is weight loss...)

The benefits of being physically fit on you Romance start with an inhale. Breathing in oxygen assists with circulation, which in turns assists with sensitivity to touch. So right from the very start you can feel more. Muscles who are getting proper oxygen levels can work harder and last longer. Since the man's member is mostly a muscle, well, you can do the math here. For women, this means you can move with the changes! Specifically for women, and this is very important, in order for a woman to have an OoooOoo moment, she needs to breath! A woman's body requires lots of oxygen for those big O's! The more oxygen, the bigger the O! (If your a woman and your having a hard time experiencing an O moment, make sure your not holding your breath! Just exhale, honey, just exhale...)

Another side effect of being psychically fit? Self-esteem. Yes, your mental health is directly effected by your physical health!Self esteem has a direct effect on your Romance! This is an amazing circle folks! Since you feel better, your stronger, jiggly parts aren't as jiggly your going to like yourself more!

Endorphins: Need I day more? They are our bodies natural effect of exercise. These naughty lil guys run through our bodies causing all kinds of things to happen from improving your mood to improving your mood (if you get my drift here...) I call them natural antidepressants (I also call them Happy Dolphins, but if you knew why you'd think I am out of my damned mind.. and you'd be right of course, but you don't need to know all this!) After exercising I get this rush of energy all over me, even when I had been tired, and sad... Having some Romance time during that... well, yeah I shower first, but those naughty lil guys can last for hours! I need to do SOMETHING productive with them!

If your Romance life is suffering, try getting into good shape (and no, I don't mean round... round is a shape, but not THE shape we are talking about here!) after about 6 weeks, when yours starting to notice some differences, you'll be surprised you'll be seeing a difference in the bedroom as well!
